I feel very fat today. Not quite this fat, but fat nonetheless.

Let me tell you, if you have a desk job like I do, it is an everyday challange to get enough aerobic activity. As such, I have been slowly gaining weight. Not much, mind you, maybe 10 pounds more then I need. But it's still too much.
