OK, it's too late, but that's not unusual. Still at the job, but don't worry, I'm not doing jobby things ... still. I'm actually leaving. Finally. But I just blew about 3 hours of time doing some reading and catching up to the 14 yr. olds. So now I kinda get RSS. I haven't really seen people using the technology to syndicate stuff on websites, such as I've now done on my sidebar. All you have to do is find a website you like, with the XML logo , click on it to go to the RSS file. Enter the URL of the RSS file into the Wytheville Community College News Center RSS feed text input, and press enter. Voila! Javascript to slap into your webpage. Plus some customization options. Still can't figure out how to collapse the tables tho. Maybe I'll send in a request for that. Publishing is the more populor way to go, tho. Plenty of tutorials to do that. Although those who say you can do it using Blogger hosted on blog*spot free are either lairs or I'm messing things up. It's not even mentioned on The Unofficial Blogger FAQ. :: And this being the web, I found some other fun things along the way. No more "old school" for me.
