Wrapping things up at work right now. Why am I here on the weekend when my job situation is in doubt? Perhaps to use the high speed connection to update my Monster.com resume? Perhaps to claim some office supplies? Perhaps to gather up my personal belongings? Nope. I'm just going through the motions. Getting some backlogged work done. I still have a job as of tomorrow. Tuesday, that's another question. . . . . . . . . . . FINALLY I've got a computer that can play America's Army, although it is being silly about my settings. I just updated my system to Direct X 9, but since AA can't detect Direct X 8.1, it assumes my system is obsolete. Just ran through marksman's practice. A bit of fun, although a bit limiting. Gonna wait until I get home to connect to the Internet and set up my profile. Just the distraction I need from my present situation. ;)
