The net situation is the same, I have to find a new job. And yet the circumstances make all the difference in the world. If I had quit, or slacked off to get fired, it would have been my choice, my decision. As it stands, I'm simply at the mercy of the blowing trade winds. The lack of control is frightenning, to say the least. (It's not a definite yet, but I can sense how it's going down.)
