Newsflash! Women Are Hard To Arouse!
I was reading the New York Times this evening, when I happened upon the business section. It turns out that Pfizer is giving up on their clinical trials of Viagra on women. It turns out that while Viagra does a good job of increasing blood flow and sexual function on the female genitalia, this means absolutely nothing when it came to increasing the libido of the test women. Or, to put it simply, arousal and desire are completely disconnected in women. Apparently, getting a women "in the mood" requires exquisite timing, careful manipulation, and a bit of luck.
Thank you scientists. Millions of dollars in research to document the obvious. Was the entire research staff gay? Have none of these people ever met a woman before?
Men, on the other hand, simply require a naked women to get all hot and bothered. This too was extensively documented.
Who are these researchers? Asexual Asgard aliens? (Yes, that was a Stargate SG-1 reference. Leave me alone.)

I'm not liking my Jersey trips so much anymore. Not because Jersey is terrible, but because it really is sucking up my Saturdays. One of these days the weekend will be all about what I want to do.
