It's official. Gray's papaya is no longer a deal. It's still good, mind you. It's still open to all odd hours of the night. It's still a fun place to go. But at nearly $1 a dog, when street vendors are still selling for $1 a dog, it's no longer the steal it was when they were selling at $.75 a dog.
