I have not been the perfect corporate cog as of late. My attention has really be drifting, my followup has not been thorough, my productivity was dipping. It's time for me to take a real break, a few days where I don't come into the office or even think about office things. That break was supposed to be last weekend, with a nice Florida trip. Of course, we panicked and bailed out. And, of course, it was a perfectly sunny time in Florida. But I can't really gripe too much. I'm too busy daydreaming about clouds. :: This has been a bad week to fall into Gene's favor. The pizzaria right next to the office where I like to go and hang out after work has just informed me that they are switching owners. The only Xanga site I like to read (SororityGirl) has just announced that she will be closing shop (stupid paid writing gig *shakes fist in air*). I'm never going to have a favorite anything ever again.
