At the office we have some co-workers with candy jars. Nothing fancy, just a clear plastic jug in which to put candy and share with the office. I like candy. I don't, however, like being a total leech. Halloween being a whole month and a half away, Target is already having a sale on candy, a lot of which is 2 for $4 (or, in wholesale terms, $2.67-$2.80/lb.). In the interest of greater office harmony, and to settle up for all the pounds and pounds of candy that I've eaten, I went nuts and blew $14 on candy. I am now the Cavity Fairy, hopping from cubicle to cubicle, handing out sugary sweets and enriching dentists all over the land. Did I really just call myself the Cavity Fairy? Must use less gay name.
