The Family
This weekend has been a blur. My family is roughly divided into two main branches: The East Coast branch, and the West Coast branch. The West Coast sent a delegation this weekend, in what appears to be the start of an annual trend. Which is a good thing, a great thing in fact. Sunna came to town, whom I haven't seen in ages. Except for Haeji Umma, every other son or daughter of Jae-Bok was in town. Sadly, none of the other cousins could make it, but we all do have busy lives now. But it was great to have the family just chilling out and chatting. It also means lots of family dinners in upstate New York or in Jersey. Late night family dinners, followed by inappropriately late drives home. Which is good too, because that too is just like old times. However, now that I work and am old, this also means that Monday is a total zombie day for Gene. I can't think, I can barely keep my eyes open, and inbetween the three applications I have open, I'm not making any progress on any (Heck, it's taking me 30 minutes just to write this much in the blog). Somebody send me an IV of java, stat! :: NYC Photobloggers 2 going down at the Apple Store Sept 30th. Besides the cool photos, it'll be a good chance to see some new apple stuff. It's all marked down on my calendar. Woot!
