My cubicle wall features a top section made of clear double paned glass. It's really nice, as one can see who is coming down the hall and who is actually at their desk. Gives more light, and lessens the claustrophobic nature of cubicles. It also means that people like to come up to my cubicle wall, make eye contact, and then ask me questions in a normal soft conversational voice. However, just because you can SEE through glass, doesn't mean you can HEAR through glass. I'm just saying.
