I don't generally like it when New Yorkers take it upon themselves to steal ideas from other cities, least of all Chicago, Boston, or San Fransisco. That being said, this idea does make more sense in NYC, as we actually get snow from time to time. Oh, and we're freak'n crazy too. I won't be running, as it's too short notice to get a team in place, but expect some pics (assuming flickr is cooperating by then).
