Today I had some roasted eel for lunch.

I'll say it now and I'll say it again, although I find eels very tasty and a good eat, I simply don't understand why it commands the high price it does, which is why I never get it.

One should not confuse this with a dislike for eel. It's good stuff, I just don't see it as being $20/lb. good.
