Why I Don't Like To Go Out Part 9

Short post. It's late and I want to go to bed. Now. I have to get up early and do laundry tomorrow, much less go tutor children, bowl, and then watch that whole Superbowl thing. Went to Alice Tully Hall at Lincoln Center to see A Celebration of Black History Month. Essentially a kickoff for Black History Month sponsored by the Archdioses of New York and other various other organizations (I lost the program). Besides myself, a co-worker, and her friend, there were no other asian faces in the midst of a sea of black. But that was OK, everybody was very nice, and the music was very cool (and entertaining). My only real complaint was that it was scheduled late (8:30pm), started late (8:45pm), and by the time I was done it was late (11:30pm) and I was hungry. And while White Castle sated my appetite, the detour also meant I'm still awake typing into my blog at 3:20pm. And this is why I don't like going out.
