telephone exchange
My major task for the past two days has been to find an office telephone solution for a small office. I thought this would be easy, as I am used to being innundated with junk mail on this very topic. Turns out, I haven't the foggiest idea what I'm doing. And of course I can't locate any of the faxes, mailings, or emails from all those companies begging me to let them come in and explain the miracle that is the toshiba telephone system. Everybody else I've been calling is geared to a 40 person business, or refuses to actually give out a phone number. You know, because making it easy for potential customers to reach you is apparently not a good idea anymore in the telecom world. The other front it the wiring for the internet connection. I'm even more screwed there, and I think I'm going to have to set up a wireless network. I think I'll go cry now.
