I don't know what it is about Haeji and visits that so completely screw up my finances, but they seem to go hand in hand. Previous to the current visit, I was keeping a very close accounting, to the dollar every day, of all my cash when Haeji swung into town two years ago. I can tell when she came into town, because there is a 2 month black hole of information surrounding her visit. For some reason, I just stopped caring for a month or so, and thus all my finances for that period will forever remain a mystery. Which is too bad, because she insists that I paid for everything while she was here, and I have no records to counteract that claim. Now it's two years later, and you can guess what I've been tearing my hair out trying to do all night. I'm staring at a 2 week black hole of information. Account balance before, account balances after, and a big hole of nothing inbetween. I had been getting lazy going into last weekend, but as for why I always seem to slack off whenever I see Haeji, I have no idea. Anyway, I'll just account for the missing money as a dinner out with the cousins that never took place, and call it a night.
