When I get nervous, I have a terrible habit of babbling. Co-workers have noted it. Friends have noted it. I've noted it. And I can certainly tell in my work related calls. When I don't know what's going on, I leave long rambling voicemails. When I know what the situation is and what I need, I leave short crisp authoritative voicemails. I feel good about myself when I leave one of those, I'm to the point and in control. But most of the time I'm rambling babbling onward, and it hasn't ... What the mur?! This is April! Tax day is only 7 days away?! Crap! I gotta go.
