Call reluctance is a bad thing, especially if a large part of your job involves calling people.

I had a real bad case yesterday, am still recovering today, but the good news is that nearly everybody I have been calling has actually been in for a change, as opposed to getting messages.

Of course, they aren't listenning to damn thing I'm saying, so I have to call multiple times to get the one guy/gal who actually knows what the hell is going on. Stupid people, listen to me!
