For some odd reason everything was happenning last night. Co-Worker's daughter's Confirmation dinner, Joyce coming into town, NYC Photobloggers meetup, Mad Hot Ballroom showing (with a Q&A afterwards with the filmmakers), etc. It was ALL taking place on Thursday night. And everytime I went to check on something like freenyc.com, more cool stuff kept popping up. I opted for a very short dinner with Joyce and the rest of the family, and then after sending them off to meetup with Ilsoon, I got lost in the Lower East Side before stumbling across the remains of the NYC Photobloggers group. Should have sticked with one and ignored the others, as I didn't really get to enjoy either fully through. Today was just frustration as I lost DSL at work. Couldn't get enything done, and couldn't even do the blog or the flickrbook project. Argh.
