Legal Guide For Blogging

Sooner or later you're going to find yourself on the wrong side of the law. By wrong side, I mean somebody is going to sic a lawyer after you even if you are right. Actually, you probably will be right, truth will probably be on your side, and only a bonehead would think to send a lawyer after you. But then there are a lot of boneheads out there, and they have lawyers. What to do, what to do? (Besides getting an anonymous LiveJournal blog.) Thankfully, there's a solution (sorta). There's the Electronic Freedom Foundation Legal Guide to Blogging. It's not much, but at least it's a place to start. Until the revolution comes and we get rid of all the lawyers.
