Possibly the weirest and least understandable costume from the Mermaid Parade. If you can believe it, the orange costume was stolen later that day.

I'll be first to admit that I don't get it. However there's a fine line between ragging on a costume, and stealing it.


Actually, that line isn't all that fine at all. It's just plain obvious. Stealing is wrong.
