Over the weekend I was in Central Park, taking some pictures of the flowers in the nice soft afternoon light. Having my pocket tripod and an extra bag for leverage, I was inspired to try and recreate a self portrait from when I was a wee child. I set up the tripod, was taking a meter reading, when ... a bird crapped on my head. If only my good luck were as powerful as my bad.
